MIlk River Writing on Stone Provincial Park is located 348 km southeast of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It was once inhabited by the Blackfoot Indians 6000 years ago. There are petroglyphs found on some of the rock wall face indicating their activities such as hunting with bows and arrows and the influence of the Europeans they have adopted using guns and horses for hunting.
